Premiere of 'The Wave-Bright Well' by Diphonon Duo, Wigmore Hall
'The Wave-Bright Well', completed during my role as Wigmore Hall's Apprentice Composer, was performed by Diphonon Duo on the 12th of June
Cohan Collective Residency - Bournemouth 2018
I have been selected for the Cohan Collective Professional Development Residency in 2018, working with choreographers, dancers and other composers, in partnership with Pavilion Dance South West and the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Read more about the project here
'Why Did You Pass Me By?' - New choral work commissioned to commemorate 100 years since the armistice.
I was asked to compose an anthem/motet for Derby Cathedral Choir, drawing on Biblical texts and the First World War poetry of Derby-born army officer Charles Hudson. The piece was performed at Derby's civic service of remebrance in Derby cathedral on the 11th of November.
Installation at Skin exhibition, Research Centre for Bio Interfaces, Malmo University, Sweden.
An electroacoustic composition was created to accompany an installation by artist Jo Berry. More information about her work can be found on her website.

I was invited to attend the Irish premiere of 'The Wave-Bright Well' at Seamus Heaney HomePlace, where I took part in a pre-concert interview. The concert was in aid of the Infinnity Project, established in memory of Finn Clark, which uses visual arts to help with mental health.
